Alexandra Garrett, PT, DPT
Licensed Physical Therapist, (se)® Therapist, and (se)® Micro Franchisee
Alexandra discovered the profession of Physical Therapy in the 3rd grade while visiting a friend at Hershey Medical Center after being tragically struck by a car. Alexandra fell in love with the field following more research and learning from exposure.
In 5th grade, Alexandra started shadowing a Physical Therapist who is a close mentor still to this day. By middle school Lebanon Valley college was targeted for their PT program focusing on all prerequisites in high school to ensure admission as a freshman.
Alexandra was a 4-year collegiate volleyball player, learning valuable skills in relationship building, dedication, discipline, and leadership with transference to didactic work and clinical affiliations through graduate school. Injuries that sidelined Alexandra allowed for a new patient perspective, giving light to the receiving end of the profession.
She has been in outpatient clinics since graduating with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College in 2018. Alexandra has treated patients from 3 months to 99 years old with broad diagnoses from orthopedics to neurology on land and in aquatics.
Alexandra is excited to remove insurance barriers in this setting to improve patient outcomes and overall wellness. Outside of the clinic Alexandra enjoys traveling, exercising and spending time with friends and family.
I saw Jason today for a knee injury. He took his time assessing me and going over his treatment plan. I feel extremely confident in his knowledge of the body and technical skills. I highly recommend Structural Elements to anyone who wants to maintain alignment and feel their best!
Best thing I’ve done for myself in awhile: a tune up just for me. A nice mix of PT, massage, chiropractic realignment, and dry needling/acupuncture. Jason Knicley was great to work with and is passionate about his work. Hoping to go see him regularly between all of these races I’ve got in the calendar. Give them a call and tell them Rachel sent you!

I have been dealing with hip pain for over a year. After not having any real “diagnosis” and spending a ton of time and money working with other professionals with little to no relief, I was thankful to find Jason. After just two treatments my relief was almost 100%, and by the third treatment I had no pain at all. I am a professional horse trainer so it is imperative that my body be functional for my day to day job. Jason is my savior!! Highly recommend him!!!
